Hello there I have almost taken the decision to hirea algebra private teacher, because I've been having a lot of stress due to algebra homework lately. each time when I come home from school I wasteall the afternoon with my math homework, and in the end I still seem to be getting the wrong answers. However I'm also not completely sure if a algebra tutor is worth it, since it's not cheap, and who knows, maybe it's not even so good. Does anyone know anything about how to teach deciamals and fractions to a 5th grader that can help me? Or maybe some explanations about subtracting fractions, complex fractions or scientific notation? Any ideas will be much appreciated.

What is your problem concerning how to teach deciamals and fractions to a 5th grader? Can you give me more information on the problems you encountered regarding how to teach deciamals and fractions to a 5th grader? I myself had experienced many troubles on my math homework. I tried hiring a/an algebra tutor to teach me, but it was not cheap. The most convenient way to help you figure out your math problems is by using a decent program. Among all math programs I encountered, it’s the Algebrator that really helped me. Aside from giving errors-free answers, it also demonstrates a step-by-step solution that led to the answer. It’s really a good software to learn from but remember to refrain from copying answers from the software because it would really not help you if you’d just copy the solutions. Use it just to give an idea how to solve certain algebra problems.

Hello there. Algebrator is really amazing! It’s been months since I tried this software and it worked like magic! Algebra problems that I used to spend answering for hours just take me 4-5 minutes to answer now. Just enter the problem in the software and it will take care of the solving and the best thing is that it displays the whole solution so you don’t have to figure out how did the software come to that answer.

Sorry friends. But whenever I see those book and piles of homework, I just can’t seem to retain my senses. Thanks a lot for the advice and I will use it for sure. Where can I get this thing?

A truly piece of algebra software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar problems while solving perpendicular lines, conversion of units and adding exponents. Just by typing in the problem workbookand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework would be ready. I have used it through several algebra classes - Algebra 2, Algebra 2 and Basic Math. I highly recommend the program.
