tutors are no better than taking your daily classes. If you have a doubt, you need to makes an effort to remove it. I would not suggest extra classes, but would ask you to try Algebrator. It will surely solve your query concerning radicals with rational exponents worksheet to a large extent.

I agree, resources on the internet are no better than the course books. Algebrator is a good method to start your math career.
