Hi All, I am in need of assistance on system of equations, reducing fractions, simplifying fractions and simplifying fractions. Since I am a beginner to Remedial Algebra, I really want to learn the fundamentals of Basic Math completely. Can anyone recommend the best place from where I can begin learning the basics? I have a midterm next week.

You might want to take a look at Algebrator. I bought it some time back to help me with my College Algebra course and I can say that it was really a wise decision. There are so many examples given which you can go through. You can also try out the questions related to graphing equations and side-angle-side similarity by just typing them in. Algebrator provides complete description to the problems which helps to make difficult concepts very clear. I would say that this program is absolutely the best that money can buy.

You must go through Algebrator. I had always thought math to be a difficult subject but this program made it very easy to study. You can type in the question and it gives you the answer, just like that! It is so user friendly that learning becomes a fun experience.

A truly piece of math software is Algebrator. Even I faced similar problems while solving perpendicular lines, absolute values and monomials. Just by typing in the problem from homeworkand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework would be ready. I have used it through several algebra classes - Basic Math, College Algebra and College Algebra. I highly recommend the program.

Yeah you will have to buy it though it will cost you less than a tutor. You can get an idea about Algebrator here http://www.easyalgebra.com/quadratic-equations.html. They give you an no questions asked money-back guarantee. I haven’t yet had any reason to take them up on it though. All the best!
