What exactly don't you understand about algebra balancing? I remember having difficulty with the same thing in Intermediate algebra, so I might be able to give you some advice on how to approach such problems. However if you want help with algebra on a long term basis, then you should check out Algebrator, that's what I did in my Pre Algebra, and I have to say it's the greatest! It's much cheaper than a tutor and you can count on it anytime you feel like. It's very easy to use it, even if you never ever had a similar program. I would advise you to get it as soon as you can and forget about getting a algebra teacher. You won't regret it!

Hello, I am a mathematics tutor. I use this software whenever I get stuck at any problem. Algebrator is undoubtedly a very handy software.

geometry, syntehtic division and difference of cubes were a nightmare for me until I found Algebrator, which is really the best algebra program that I have come across. I have used it frequently through many math classes – Pre Algebra, Basic Math and Basic Math. Simply typing in the algebra problem and clicking on Solve, Algebrator generates step-by-step solution to the problem, and my algebra homework would be ready. I highly recommend the program.
