Hi, I need some immediate help on when solving a rational equation,why it is okay to remove the denominator by multiplying both sides by the lcd?. I’ve browsed through various websites for topics like least common measure and factoring expressions but none could help me solve my problem relating to when solving a rational equation,why it is okay to remove the denominator by multiplying both sides by the lcd?. I have an exam in a few days from now and if I don’t start working on my problem then I might just fail my exam .
